Cloud and VOIP phones

Cloud Phone Service

The core platform delivers Voice over the Internet using Cisco’s Broadsoft cloud phone platform. Apptel provides a feature-rich phone service for businesses with a simple, good value fixed monthly cost, including a VoIP phone and/or soft phone, and all standard UK landline and mobile calls.

Cloud Phone Features

Standard business phone features include hunt (ring) groups, overflow calls, auto attendants, voicemail, out-of-hours call routing, and more. A softphone turns your mobile or laptop into an office phone, allowing remote work. You can also receive voicemails via email or have unanswered calls route back to the office. Apptel offers a variety of Yealink Cloud Phones (Some examples below).

Microsoft Teams Phone Systems

If you use MS Teams for internal meetings, integrate it with your phone system by adding a dial pad to your Teams homepage. This allows you to call out using Teams from the office number. The same BT Wholesale Cisco platform enables this, with Hunt Groups and Auto Attendants managed on our platform, ensuring call quality, availability, and resilience.

3CX Phone Systems

The BT Wholesale platform offers flexibility, including providing VoIP lines for 3CX phone systems. 3CX provides advanced features and easy-to-use options, combined with Apptel’s BTW VoIP service.

The 3CX license is an annual fee, and hosting the system with 3CX simplifies deployment and management. We connect BTW VoIP lines, numbers, and port existing numbers, offering VoIP phones or the 3CX phone app.
